There are consultants who study high-stakes environments. Then there are those who have lived them.

For more than two decades, I have served in federal law enforcement, intelligence, security, and leadership roles supporting mission-critical operations, executive stakeholders, and national-level programs. My experience spans intelligence and counterintelligence operations, insider threat investigations, executive protection support, physical security, and enterprise security leadership.

Throughout my career, I learned that strong security and strong leadership share the same foundation: trust, preparation, accountability, and the ability to perform under pressure. Those lessons ultimately led to the creation of B3 Dynamics.

The "B3" represents three generations of the Battle family and a legacy rooted in service, resilience, and purpose. I founded B3 Dynamics to bring together the disciplines that have shaped my professional journey—security, leadership, preparedness, and personal growth.

Today, I help organizations strengthen security programs, mitigate risk, develop leaders, and navigate complex challenges through practical solutions grounded in real-world experience.

In addition to my security and leadership experience, I am a certified executive coach and graduate of executive leadership programs through American University and Harvard Kennedy School.
